Acting Governors Take Over in Adamawa, Bayelsa, Cross Rivers, Kogi, Sokoto

With the sweeping judgment of the Supreme Court last Friday, which terminated the tenure of five state governors in one fell swoop, Speakers of Houses of Assembly of the respective states have since been sworn in as acting governors pending the time INEC would conduct polls to elect substantive governors.
